Michela is completing a Master's in International and Development Studies at the Geneva Graduate Institute, specializing in gender. She currently interns with a Permanent Mission to the UN in Geneva, where she engages directly with human rights treaty and charter bodies, alongside roles spanning legal affairs, government relations, and communications across several youth and women's rights organisations. Holding an LLB from the University of Turin, with academic exchanges in Bergen, Montreal, and Berlin, she is a first-generation university student from northern Italy. Her work sits at the intersection of technology governance, gender rights, and multilateral policy, with a particular focus on how AI and digital systems shape, and are shaped by, structural inequalities.
Arianna has experience across governmental, non-governmental, and multilateral organizations -including the United Nations, the EU Delegation to UNESCO, and NGOs across three continents. Holding a Master of International Affairs from the National University of Singapore, she is deeply committed to advancing human rights, with a particular focus on women's rights and youth empowerment. As the founder of Tech for Youth, she is dedicated to empowering young people to better understand, critically engage with, and shape the digital systems influencing their lives.
Holding a Master of International Affairs from the National University of Singapore, she has built experience across research institutes, policy, humanitarian, and grassroots organizations. Growing up as an immigrant and moving across three continents, she is deeply committed to her work in human rights, migration, identity, and the structural inequalities that shape societies. Her work spans across the fields of international development, humanitarian policy, and community-led research. With a particular focus on the intersection of climate justice, gender equity, and inclusive development, she is committed to her goal in addressing the impact of Tech and AI on systemic inequalities and advancing equitable outcomes.
Mareen Le Cerf

Mareen is pursuing her studies at the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) alongside an apprenticeship at Christian Dior, where she works on visual merchandising communications across international boutiques. She began her career at a digital-first startup reinventing how precious stones are gifted, before leading training sessions for young interns at Dior and collaborating with developers on La Ruche, the brand's internal platform for Visual Merchandiser Ambassadors. Her work bridges digital strategy and mentorship, driven by a commitment to helping young people engage confidently with the digital tools shaping their future.
Natasha Litherland
Advisory Board
Natasha Litherland is a Computer Engineering and Global Design student focused on the intersection of information, technology, and society. Her work explores how information can be made not only accessible, but understandable and meaningful to different audiences, and how emerging technologies such as generative AI are changing the ways people access, interpret, and engage with information. She serves on the Steering Committee of UNESCO’s Global Youth Community and has represented young people in international youth initiatives including the Asia-Europe Foundation Young Leaders Summit 2026 and UNESCO’s 14th Youth Forum. She is also a Vital Voices Visionaries Fellow and a member of Common Futures Conversations at Chatham House. Alongside her work in youth and international policy, she conducts research on generative AI in education and human-computer interaction, with broader interests in AI literacy, education, and the societal impact of emerging technologies.
Vivienne Kobel
Advisory Board
Vivienne is a policy analyst dedicated to human-centric and intersectional feminist approaches to digital policy and cyber foreign & security policy. Until recently, she worked as junior project manager at the think tank Centre for Feminist Foreign Policy (CFFP) in Berlin, where she researched cybercrime, cybersecurity, and AI. Her work is committed to highlighting the human impact of technologies and centring the needs of marginalised communities, including youth, who are often ignored in policymaking. Vivienne participated in the 2024 negotiations on the UN Convention against Cybercrime and WSIS 2026 as an Internet Society Youth Ambassador. She currently supports the work of the International Telecommunication Union as a Carlo Schmid Fellow. Her publications develop feminist perspectives on the militarisation of cyberspace and cybercrime law and analyse the impacts of AI-bolstered gendered disinformation, amongst others. While studying International Relations at Dresden University of Technology, she co-founded an impactful feminist initiative and organised several lecture series on i.a. gender-based violence. She has deepened her engagement against (online) antifeminism and its implications for democracy and sustainable development during her Dual Master’s degree in International Affairs at Sciences Po Paris and Free University of Berlin and offers an underrepresented perspective on how technology and AI governance can benefit all members of society.
